Each pair begins with a Levi’s DT 501 jean, individually reconstructed by COUP and hand-stitched by Vango Cortez. The original leg is opened and rebuilt with an inset canvas panel, reshaping the silhouette into a straighter, wider fit while creating a subtle contrast in texture and tone.

Original hand embroidery is applied throughout each pair. Raw-cut hems and visible construction details are intentionally retained as part of the garment.

Every pair is individually cut, reconstructed, and stitched by hand. Variations in embroidery, paneling, placement, and finish make each piece unique.
